►  Summary Sheet for K-TUTS Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) - Summarizes the plans and functions of K-TUTS, the

          Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO).

 

►  Annual Project Listings - Each year, K-TUTS lists the Annual Projects that are scheduled to begin construction.

 

►  MTP 2030 - The Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP 2030) Is a 25 year plan for transportation improvements in the K-TUTS metropolitan area boundary.

 

►  Summary Sheet for MTP 2030 - Summarizes the MTP 2030 and informs the public of the public of the intentions set forth in the plan.

 

►  TIP - The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is the plan that lists projects approved for funding within the next 4 years for the K-TUTS metropolitan area boundary.

 

►  Summary Sheet for TIP - summarizes the TIP and gives an overview of the program.

 

►  UPWP - The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) serves as a budget guide for transportation planning activities to be conducted over the course of the fiscal year.

 

►  Highway Functional Classification - is the process by which streets and highways are grouped into classes or systems according to the character of traffic
